Questions & Answers
How long do I have to use points? When do points expire?
Points applied to your New Radiance Rewards membership expire in 365 days. You may bank or accumulate points and they expire on a rolling basis on the date of each purchase.
Are rewards redeemable at any New Radiance location?
Most of the rewards available through New Radiance Rewards are redeemable at most New Radiance locations. However, some rewards are limited to specific locations due to availability of equipment and trained staff to provide the service. Ask our staff if you have questions regarding reward availability at a specific location.
I'm a member of the existing Repeat Rewards program. What happens to my membership?
If you are an existing member of our Repeat Rewards program, you will not automatically be transferred into our New Radiance Rewards program. You will be able to use any available rewards you have earned prior to the expiration date of the rewards. Points for new purchases will not be applied to your membership in the old program as of the launch date of New Radiance Rewards (February 10, 2020). We appreciate your participation in Repeat Rewards and we are sure you will find New Radiance Rewards to be even more rewarding.

2. Not all rewards are available at all New Radiance locations. Rewards are only redeemable where available.
3. Rewards are only available for redemption while supplies last.
4. Cancellation of paid and booked services for refund will result in points being subtracted from membership account.
5. Points applied to your New Radiance Rewards membership expire in 365 days. You may bank or accumulate points and they expire on a rolling basis on the date of each purchase.
6. Points are non-transferable.
7. Points are not convertible to cash and cannot be used towards the purchase of gift cards.
8. Prevailing and current program terms will govern any transaction.
